EM-566 conveyor roller from Roltia is a conical roller driven by a double 3/8’’ Z-12 steel sprocket, for two simple chains. The sprocket, which is welded to the tube, allows chain transmission according to DIN-8187. It is manufactured with thermoplastic conical elements for a curve with an internal radius of 500 mm.

The following table represents the lengths of each standard conical element, as well as the major and minor diameters of each cone. The minor diameter of the cone will always be 34 mm, and the major diameter will depend on the number of cones assembled.
For example, if EMT-1 to EMT-5 are mounted, the useful length of the roller cone will be 483 mm (the sum of the 5 conical elements) and the major diameter of the cone will be 67 mm.
