Zinc-plated

Surface treatment that is carried out through electrolysis and that provides a zinc deposit, with the aim of protecting the steel from corrosion. The thickness of the zinc layer is approximately 15 microns.

Zinc plating is not suitable for food applications.

The process involves the following steps:

Cleaning > Zinc plating > Passivation > Drying
